Marketing · technology · real estate · AI

I’m Andrew Carles. I build growth, technology, and business systems.

I founded and run Anvixa, and I’ve spent my career at the intersection of marketing, software, real estate, and business development. Across more than fifteen brands in e‑commerce, real estate, and tech software, the work has collectively tracked over $4.7 billion in sales.

AI is part of the next chapter, not the whole story. I’m using it to build tools that help teams handle communication, intake, routing, workflows, and revenue operations with less noise.

About

The common thread is building useful things inside competitive markets.

I’m a marketing and software entrepreneur, real estate investor, and family man based in Florida. For more than a decade I’ve led Anvixa, while also working inside real estate, ecommerce, consumer brands, hospitality, and software.

The real estate thread is a big part of the story: Chief Technology & Growth Officer at LIFESTYLE International Realty, founder and CEO of Central Realty, and marketing and business development leadership at OPTIMAR International. Those roles kept the work close to agents, buyers, listings, recruiting, and customer experience.

Lately, the same builder/operator instinct has moved deeper into AI: prototypes, internal tools, CRM workflows, content systems, Claude integrations, and AI-backed business systems. The goal is still simple: make useful things, get them in front of people, and keep improving until the numbers move.

How I work

Builder first. Advisor when it helps.

01

Marketing and growth

Build the parts that turn attention into revenue: positioning, SEO, paid acquisition, web funnels, CRM follow-up, business development, reporting, and the operating habits that keep the work honest.

02

Technology and AI systems

Design, deploy, and manage systems across communication, intake, routing, workflows, and revenue operations. Sometimes that means AI; sometimes it just means cleaner software and better process.

03

Real estate and operator judgment

I’ve run an agency, led real-estate technology and marketing, built and sold business assets, invested in property, and worked inside sales-led organizations. That mix keeps the work grounded.

Selected work

Twenty years of operating.
A few chapters that mattered.

I’ve been a CEO, CTO and growth officer, real-estate founder, marketing director, business development consultant, consumer-brand operator, and real-estate investor. Different titles, same job: understand the market, build the system, and move the number.

Anvixa
Founder & CEO

Anvixa designs, deploys, and manages autonomous business layers for complex organizations. The work helps companies implement AI across communication, intake, routing, workflows, and revenue operations.

The practical version is simple: make the business answer faster, route better, follow up cleaner, and understand what is working. Across more than fifteen brands, that work has helped track over $4.7 billion in sales.

I’ve also led strategy behind five mobile apps that have ranked among the world’s top 50, connecting product, marketing, and growth into systems that can scale beyond a single campaign.

  • AI business layers
Communication, intake, routing, workflow, and revenue operations.
  • Marketing infrastructure
SEO, paid acquisition, content, web funnels, and conversion systems.
  • Software systems
Web, mobile, CRM, dashboards, automations, and internal tools.
  • Business development
Pipeline, follow-up, outbound, partnerships, and sales operations.

2014 — 2026

Real estate leadership
technology, growth, and ownership

At LIFESTYLE International Realty, I served as Chief Technology & Growth Officer from 2015 to 2026, focused on programs, tools, and differentiation that help agents and partners put the customer first.

I also founded Central Realty, a luxury real estate business whose assets were sold in September 2023, and spent nearly a decade with OPTIMAR International as Director of Marketing and Business Development Consultant.

Through Anvixa, I coordinated growth initiatives for Fathom Realty and served as an advisor for Realogy from 2017 to 2019, helping craft nationally adopted digital strategies and listing presentations for brands including Corcoran and Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate.

  • Central Realty
Founder & CEO, 2022-2023; business assets sold.

Recent AI systems,
built for daily work

This is the part of my background I’m actively expanding. I write the spec, build the prototype, integrate Claude, and ship tools that support the way teams communicate, follow up, publish, and sell.

  • AI CRM
Outbound campaigns, sequences, mailbox, AI auto-reply, live dashboards.
  • Social calendar
Scheduling, approvals, retries, automated publishing worker.
  • Content generator
On-brand posts and captions using a brand’s own photos and voice.
  • Brand builder
AI logo, palette, typography, voice, complete brand kit.
  • AI image studio
    Reference-conditioned generation and transformation flows.
  • Roleplay coach
Voice sales training with scoring and director-style scenario coaching.
2010 — 2014

Consumer brands,
sales, marketing, and taste.

Before the agency and real estate chapters, I worked in hands-on brand and customer-facing marketing: Vice President at DENIZEN WORLD | Avalanche Watches and Marketing Manager at Happy Wine Miami.

Those early roles were a useful education in product, presentation, events, retail behavior, and the difference between marketing that sounds good and marketing that makes someone take action.

Ship, sell, learn, repeat. That posture still runs through the work.

AI Credentials

Twelve certifications completed in 2026 across Anthropic and DeepLearning.AI. They are not the whole story, but they do show where I’ve been putting focused time: AI fluency, agent skills, Claude, MCP, and practical AI use cases beyond marketing.

Anthropic certificate of completion: Teaching the AI Fluency Framework, awarded to Andrew Carles, co-credentialed with UCC, Ringling College of Art + Design, HEA, and National Forum.

Next chapter

Open to the right role, contract, or equity opportunity.

Anvixa keeps running, and I’m open to opportunities where this mix is useful: growth, technology, AI systems, revenue operations, luxury real estate, branded residential partnerships, ecommerce, or international market entry. I’m most interested in work with clear outcomes and room to build.

What I can own

  • Global growth strategy across real estate development, branded residential partnerships, and international market entry.
  • Measurable growth across B2B marketing, international sales, visual merchandising, and customer-facing real estate assets.
  • Systems, infrastructure, and scalable processes for new business development and revenue operations.
  • Senior-leadership partnership around luxury brand alliances, product innovation, and market expansion.
  • KPIs, reporting structures, and execution rhythms for international sales pipelines across Miami, Greater Orlando, and global channels.
  • Cross-functional alignment between real estate, marketing, technology, and product teams.

The shape of the engagement

  • Fractional, contract, equity, or a mix if the work has real ownership.
  • Technology, growth, AI product, revenue operations, or operating partner roles.
  • Direct access to decision makers and a clear definition of what success looks like.
  • Bias toward shipping, measuring, and improving instead of staying in planning mode.

The kind of environment

  • Enterprise teams, Fortune 500 divisions, private equity-backed operators, brokerages, proptech, ecommerce, or software companies.
  • Organizations implementing AI across communication, intake, workflows, customer experience, or revenue operations.
  • Companies with complex sales, fragmented systems, or growth teams that need clearer operating infrastructure.
  • Leadership teams with a mandate to build, measure, and improve instead of treating innovation like a slide deck.
